Beginning September 1, 2014, the PIN used to log into Bill Pay will have a length requirement of at least eight characters. Please ensure your PIN is updated to an eight-character length before September 1st. PINs must not contain consecutive characters and must contain three of the following elements:
- upper case character (A-Z)
- lower case character (a-z)
- numbers (0-9)
- special characters $#@!*&%()^?.=/,-_+
You can change your PIN by selecting ‘Options’ and then ‘Change PIN’ when you are logged into Bill Pay. This page will display PIN length requirements. If you have questions, please contact us or call 717-295-6685.
