11:00a.m. - SYSTEM UPDATE:
Our systems remain down, and restoration efforts will continue throughout the day. We deeply understand and share our members' frustration during this time, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption. Please note that services will be brought back online in phases: local branches will be restored first, followed by online, mobile, and telephone banking systems.
While our provider works on a full recovery, please use the following temporary guidelines:
-
Branch & System Limitations: We are temporarily unable to process account transfers, cashier's checks, or money orders.
-
Account Balances: Balance inquiries are currently unavailable across all channels, including branches, debit cards, and ATM cards.
-
Credit Cards: Members can continue to fully conduct transactions on their credit cards.
-
Debit Cards: Active for purchases with a $1,200 daily point-of-sale limit.
-
ATM Withdrawals: Temporarily restricted to a $200 daily limit.
-
Deposits & Loan Payments: These can be dropped off at any branch. They will be securely processed as soon as systems are fully online.
-
Fee Protection: Rest assured, any fee a member incurs during this outage will be fully refunded.
Stay Updated:
We will continue to provide updates throughout the day via our website and Facebook page as they become available. Members can also call our dedicated status line at 717-205-0067 solely to check if branch services have been restored.

2:00p.m. - SYSTEM UPDATE:
The Credit Union’s core technology provider is experiencing a service disruption related to a cooling failure at the third-party data center that hosts its systems. This is a service availability issue, not a security incident. THERE HAS BEEN NO DATA BREACH OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO MEMBER DATA IDENTIFIED.
The provider’s teams, along with their technology partners, are working around the clock to restore services. Some services, including online and mobile banking, debit card transactions, and other services that rely on the affected environment, may be unavailable or limited until service is restored.
We understand how important these services are to our members and apologize for the disruption. We appreciate your patience and understanding while the teams work to restore service as quickly and safely as possible.
We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.
