COVID-19 Update: BRANCH OPERATIONS All Branch Lobbies closed beginning Friday, November 27th

Like you, we’ve been closely monitoring updates and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as data from our state about the current surge of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Based on the current information, we’ve made the proactive decision to temporarily close all branch lobbies and only conduct transactions through our drive-thru at the Main Office, 1010 New Holland Ave. starting on Friday, November 27th. Going forward, all branch lobbies will be available by appointment only. In addition to our drive-thru and ATMs remaining available and open, we’d like to remind members of our night deposit boxes located at our Main Office and Embassy Drive. Plus members can also utilize our online, mobile and phone banking options for safe, convenient banking from home.

Please know this decision was not easy, but necessary to ensure the safety of our employees and members. We will continue to closely monitor the data and will keep you updated on any developments regarding the reopening of branches. If you have questions about branch accessibility, please contact us.

COVID-19 Update: BRANCH OPERATIONS

Effective March 20, 2020 Lancaster Red Rose Credit Union will only be providing services through the drive-up at our 1010 New Holland Ave. Branch until further notice. The County Office, Courthouse Office and the Embassy Drive Office will be closed.

Monday – Wednesday 9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.
Thursday 9:00a.m. – 6:00p.m.
Friday 7:00a.m. – 6:00p.m.
Saturday 9:00a.m. – 12:30p.m.

Please understand that, although our doors may be locked during regular business hours, we are open and here to serve you.

*Night Deposit Changes: For cash deposits, check deposits, and loan payments, we encourage you to expedite your trip and skip the drive-thru line by using the night depository. While branch services are limited, items placed in the night depository will be collected and processed frequently throughout each day.
If you would like to open an account or speak to a credit union representative in-person, please contact our branch team so we can coordinate appropriately. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

We understand that our banking services are mission critical for each one of our members. Our Online Banking and Mobile Banking platforms allow you to pay bills, deposit checks, verify transaction history, and check account balances. Our Call24 service allows you to verify transaction history, check account balances, transfer funds between your accounts and issue you a Cashier's check. We provide debit and ATM cards that give 24-7 access to ATMs for cash withdrawals and balance inquiries.

At Lancaster Red Rose Credit Union we are actively monitoring Coronavirus developments with the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization every day and responding appropriately to help mitigate the spread of the virus.

Our top priority is the health and safety of all of our employees and members. All branches are currently operating as normal; however, we are prepared to adapt as the situation requires. To help protect our team from unnecessary exposure, we have limited large internal and external group meetings. We also ask that you consider utilizing our drive-up service instead of inbranch service.

We have reviewed our business continuity plans, including third-party vendor services and secure remote access to our systems, which are designed to prevent service disruptions and allow us to provide the same level of service to you. We have not needed to rely on these as of yet, but know that we stand ready to implement if the situation warrants such a response.
